Literature Alerts

Subscribe to your gene panel. When new papers match your research program, GaiaLab flags them automatically.

New Alert Subscription

Get notified when new preprint literature matches your genes and disease context.

Alert frequency: background scan every 6 hours. When new bioRxiv/medRxiv preprints mention your genes, you're notified by email (if provided) and by webhook (if configured). No email or webhook = the matches are still tracked and viewable via GET /api/alerts.

How Alerts Work

1
Subscribe with your gene panel and disease context.
2
Background scan every 6 hours — recent bioRxiv/medRxiv preprints are queried for new work mentioning your panel genes since your last check.
3
Results available at GET /api/alerts, emailed to you when there's a match (if you provided an email), and POSTed to your webhook (if configured).
4
Re-run GaiaLab with new papers pre-loaded to see how evidence changes your analysis.
